What could NACHI do even if the inspector was a NACHI member. NACHI has no right to determine if my inspection was good or bad. That right would belong with a court of law not a home inspection association.

Yep.

She is now alleging a violation of the ethics code and has been asked to provide some information to support her claims. If and when she responds, her complaint will be addressed by the remainder of the committee. I am not voting.

NO Dan does not agree... There are several good points, it deserves a well thought out reply, [ more than a one liner ] it will take a few extra min to reply.. a short reply would get me a red box, Gotto go do 3 today.. should have a reply at end of day.
