I’m sure we’ve all done this at some point but I did an inspection last Thursday and while reviewing the images and entering the homes information into my warranty company’s software, I noticed that I forgot to report some open knockouts in an old fused subpanel in the attic. I did callout an open fuse position but should have added “Recommend further evaluation by a licensed contractor”. How should I handle this? Revise the report and send it to buyer or send the buyer a quick email?

Yup, just amend report with an email stating the reason. No biggie.
Transparency is good.
