flaky/deteriorating bsmt cement
Yikes Guys!
Happy Holidays! Now that I have had a city-mandated sump pump in my basement for 4 years, I notice that certain areas of the concrete are crumbling/flaking. Is there a cure for this? ( raise the water table?) Geo
