I just signed my lease agreement for the BCAM SD last week and am awaiting delivery. Suppose I'd be eligible for the special.

Timing is everything, as always.

Okay. Should I call the telephone number referenced on the special offer page?

I would really like to buy a BCAM or FLIR.....

I just don't know how I would make it profitable for my business????
Yes, I can tell potential clients that I have a fancy tool, but do some inspectors charge more for its use???

OF COURSE! Justin, I do a talk on marketing thermal imaging as an additionally billed service.

If you get a camera don't forget to add it to www.InspectorLocator.com via www.nachi.org/ancillary.htm

I personally believe it will open the inspector up to a myriad of problems. An inspection is limited in nature, and non-invasive. When a client believes you have x-ray eyes, the expectations are that much higher. I'd check with my E&O carrier to see if the use of infared imaging pushed the inspector into a realm on possible non-insurability. Remember, an inspector's ability to get E&O is often tied directly to the SOP he/she follows...

Just a thought...
