I inspect quite a few homes for Canadians, some of the nicest down to earth people I've ever met...!!

Their not looking for a cheap inspection, they seem to be above average in intelligence and common sense...!!

Most I have never met until after close escrow, except in phone conversations naturally, but when they close escrow, I usually stop by to introduce myself and show them anything they might not understand.

I've yet to ever have any problems from Canadian Buyers, smart people who know what they want, and they don't buy Junk.
