Does anyone know where I can find information on foam roofing panels. I am inspecting a home which has 4'' foam panels sandwiched inbetween aluminum sheeting. the top is metal ribbs and the underside hws bee spraied with knock down material and painted. The panels are bolted at the eves and at the peak.
There is no attic, just an 18" x 18"oxed in section that runs the full length of the home. It houses the HVAC duct work and the wiring. The home was built in 2008 and has been empty till now. Jerry Delaney Building Consultants of Central Florida LLC bcocf@ymail.com |

That sounds like what we use here for an upgrade from a pan roof on pool inclosures. Our screen guy says they're called an"elite" or "composit" roof. I've never heard of some one finishing the uderside though.
