Default Foreclosure Bank Inspections aka FBI Inspect.
Has anyone successfully contracted with and become a "contractor" or "sub contractor" with Jay Vincent's FBI inspections? NACHI is listed as a web link!
Just curious.

no kiddin. foreclosures. The one I did today had ac that didn't cool down below 85 degrees. attic temp was 130. i better be able to get more than $250 for that kind of slave driving work.
