On the bright side, you can report on drywall thickness and insulation!

  1. CDX door looks professionally installed, what's wrong, is that your widow maker in the reflection?
  2. Do you normally include photo of your garage wall and bike mishaps in your reports to exhibit what can happen?
  3. Making repairs and releasing the knockout for proper function is beyond the scope? But very thoughtful of you to avoid delay of sale!
  4. Looks like another case where you'll get blamed for invasive inspection and equipment malfunction...hope your premium is paid up

I had one a while back where they took out all interior doors, the doorbell chimes, and the thermostat, as well as all appliances and the Corian countertops! The neighbor said the guy had been selling all this after the foreclosure notice was posted...loading them into trucks at midnight.

Thats all you got?
Tommorows Inspection called a month ago but rescheduled due to over a foot of water in the basement.
I should get a few laughers out of it.
