Have you guys done this kind of inspection?

Is the client a bank and the house vacant?

I have not done those and thought the banks really did not want to know about the house due to disclosure rules even though they may be exempt from them.

I've had requests, but unless they are close by they are usually not worth the time and effort. They may even want you to change out the locks.
