Default Foreclosure inspections+clean up for banks
I'm new to the home inspection business and have completed 2 paid home inspections and was wondering if anyone was offering inspections and clean up on foreclosured homes for banks,what do you charge,
what do you offer the banks

A lot of work for very little pay, but that is just my opinion.
