I was already leaning towards inspectorpro but they don't have wind mitigation abilities at the moment.........i'm looking for a company that has a 4point and wind mitigation ready to go?

Matt, you may want to look at the Wind Mitigation thread, http://www.nachi.org/forum/f14/new-w...61/#post592017 . It looks like there are rule changes and Inachi is trying to get a uniform inspection form passed.

I cannot imagine any software company on top of this yet. Email Dominic at Home Inspector Pro, he has tons of FL users and may know of or have a Mitigation template already. dominic@homeinspectorpro.com

We have more users in Florida than any other state. Right now they're just using the Word form that Nick has for Wind Mitigations. Because the form has to look EXACTLY like Nick's to be approved we're having to make a special update to accommodate it. In the meantime just use the Word form, it shouldn't take more than a few minutes to fill out so it's not going to be a time saver, just more of a convenience to have it all in one place.
