I got the same email from ActiveRain.
The blog simply represents another person’s opinon. The only difference is that this person pays ActiveRain to promote her opinion.
When I read it I thought how easily you can exchange agent with inspector to go along with what has been discussed on our message boards.
How many full or part time inspectors are ok with only doing 10 or so inspections each month for extra cash to work full time at whatever hobby they enjoy.
