Good timing as the client I just left was worried about the possibility in the home I was inspecting as there was a pattern in the old oak floor suggesting a body outline and she heard someone died there.
I may have taken a picture of the spot and will post when downloaded.

I will let you decide.
There was a giant box in the attic and I was going to pop out to scare her but glad I did not as she would have had a heart attic.

You probably didn't notice it because you're use to seeing them; with all of the past and present gangster history.

Actually the home I lived in with my family when younger was haunted and the guy killed his wife there.
Lots of strange activity that many saw.

Realtors in our area call those houses with weird or strange histories / happenings "stigmatized" houses. I've only inspected 2 or 3 over my career...the most odd one to myself was a house in which there was a suicide in the kitchen using a shotgun......a few pellet holes in the cabinetry/ceiling still there to view at the inspection.

Paranormal activity is real people. Just this morning I was pulled out of bed twice. It sucks having to get up off the floor so I can get back in bed but I simply can't afford cost involved in having paranormal experts come out and take care of these demons. I'm interested to Gary once you run across a ghost what you gonna do about it for this poor lady?

Not sure what I will do if I run into the ghost but I do have an Angel with me at all times. The client called today to schedule, I think she has an agenda. Turns out her Mother owns the property, it is not an REO. She is going for a short sale and wants the report to be as ugly as possible
