Kind of like a proctologist for a house - we probe in areas most homeowners don't want to go-

This is from an old introductory speech I had seen.

I am here to inspect the home in order to help you understand as much as possible about what is important to you and to let you know right now that a home inspection is as much an art as science not all problems are readily apparent but sometimes the hidden issues leave clues if you're with me you will have a better understanding of the home and how to maintain it and I can answer your questions during the inspection You may interrupt and ask questions anytime .

Jae,

A fly is high in protein. If you are ever in the wilderness you can survive on them alone as they also have sufficient moisture in them. Here are some popular fly dishes.

Main Courses:
Fly Flambe
Corny Flie (similar to corny dogs)
Floating Fly Soup
Barbecue Fly Wings (Like Buffalo Wings)
Sweet and Sour Fly
French Flied Fly

Deserts:
ShoeFly Pie
Chocolate Covered Flies
Fly Splits

Nah. Eragorn is just a new kid on the block struggling to find his way. Unfortunately, he's doing it by asking others to do his homework for him, kinda like a BUNCH OF OTHERS HAVE!

Hi Eragorn,

I give the client an objective visual examination of the physical structure and systems of a house, from the roof to the foundation.

It appears to me this Member is in diar need of help.

Well hope this works for him here;
This is a very simplistic description of what Home Inspectiors do.

A home Inspection is a thorough walk-through of a home conducted by a professional inspector.

While inspections can be conducted for many reasons, they are most often conducted when buying a home, to reveal any issues that might become problems.

A home Inspection is typically a walk-through tour of the house, in which the inspector will go room to room to look at the status of the property. Examine the Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, attics, basements, and etc.

Inspections are usually quite detailed, with the home scrutinized very closely. A very detailed report is then issued to the Client explaining all that was observed and noted during the on-site inspection.

During the inspection the inspector will look for problems large and small, from a broken cabinet hinge to a leaking roof.
Homeinspections help to identify problems that might become significant during the ownership of a home.

Hopefully, they will understand after you tell them that.

Marcel
