It's COLD! Well, at least for Austin it is & I have an inspection this morning:

Strangely enough I just might need it...crystal clear skies, bright sun and it should warm up to the high 30's or low 40's by mid-afternoon.

It WOULD be 60 here if not for the #%&@ fog! Oh well, 50 is better than
what I've seen back east!
By the way, Healdsburg is one of our favorite places.
