The real word for bathroom would be "Salle de Bains"

From yesterday's inspection...

Are these "bathrooms"???

Both in basement, two seperate rooms...

1st... toilet only... along with WH and Furnace
2nd... shower and sink... no toilet, just sump pit and water conditioner

Must be why there is a bucket in the second picture Jeffrey, just in case you can't make it back to the other room.

Ha-ha-ha...

I was (almost) afraid to test the sump pump... but, (fortunately), the power was off, and the discharge pipe was disconnected from the pump

Call it as you see it! tell your client, maybe the the Realtor had a type-00 !!?? remember if it's man made,{we can fix it,or we can break it} when we all work together life is pretty darn easy
