From yesterday's inspection...
Are these "bathrooms"???  Both in basement, two seperate rooms... 1st... toilet only... along with WH and Furnace 2nd... shower and sink... no toilet, just sump pit and water conditioner

Call it as you see it! tell your client, maybe the the Realtor had a type-00 !!?? remember if it's man made,{we can fix it,or we can break it} when we all work together life is pretty darn easy
