Default Has anyone done a presentation for a real estate investment club?

We have a few here that are buying foreclosures and they do inspections on every property they research.

We've been sending packets to all the investment clubs that we can find.

Last winter the editor of a local edition of Life and Homes magazine contacted me with an advertising program that included giving a presentation to an investors group in Syracuse and Utica, NY. Tweaked my R E presentation and handeled a Q & A session that was way more productive.
None of the investors seemed to think they could do inspections on foreclosure homes up for auction and I did not know how to market to them. I have done several inspections for two of the investors since then which made it worth my time and investment.
