Will someone please tell me where the preferred vendors are?

John, I will type this real slow so you understand it this time. The contacts by the felon only started about a month ago. Negotiations (read extortion) only started about a month ago. The contracts going back and forth are still being finalized. The posting of this information was an effort to head it off at the pass and bring it to full light of the membership.

Next question is, with this additional type and amount of income, how does that affect NACHI's "non-profit" status with the IRS? Or is all this money going to be funneled through PRO LAB?

Correction, ASHI members coming here and claiming that vendors have been making cash payments to me personally every month is what keeps ASHI third-rate. Your association really should do something about you Jim Bushart.

Stephen, InterNACHI is very free to directly collect money from vendors and has for years for all sorts of stuff, and will likely continue to. Every deal we've done for years has been negotiated. We don't publish the agreements of course.

Nick's emails answer part of this, Stephen.

As to anyone who may doubt their existence or the existence of "preferred vendors" who have contacted me, I have shared them with NACHI's President (Blaine Wiley) who has agreed not to reveal the names of the vendors who wish not to be named on the message board.

In one email to me, Nick says that Peter Tafeen was not the only one making these calls. He says there were "dozens" of others doing the same and making these deals....but that only he (Nick) could approve them. "They all have to go through me" he said.

From this, I personally suspect that Pro-Lab employees are assisting in this endeavor. I know that Pro-Lab, at one time, was calling NACHI members and collecting dues from them.

The owner of Pro-Lab and Nick's pal, Peter, are or were brothers-in-law, by coincidence.

LOL

This reminds me of how you continue to advertise the link between ASHI and NHIE....and insist that NACHI and NACHI Tv are two separate enterprises. At lease ASHI and the folks who run the NHIE operate from separate buildings and don't share the same light bill.

You started this thread with lies and misrepresentations and continue with the same.

At what point is the truth so evident that....like the other two threads on this topic....you are forced to delete it?

True. Is there a problem with that?

The whole post was true. Putting this sentence in context with the entire post, no...I have no problem with that.

Your entire post makes no sense. How do you "share a preferred vendor with Blaine" ?

Sounds a little weird Jim, but hey... I live and let live.

What do you mean by that? I can't tell you if it is true or not because your sentence makes no sense. Explain please.

I have slandered no one.

In the past year, when Ray Wand slandered various members with sick lies and disgusting comments, you not only kept the thread in tact but refused to delete the posts.

Kenneth Lott had to endure slanderous remarks....Frank Carrio....every one of us on the ESOP Committee.

Now, in defense of your deletion of two threads that revealed your theretofore unknown relationships with certain vendors....you try to make it appear that you did it to protect someone who was slandered?

Sometimes, I am convinced that you truly believe the things that you post.

BTW: InterNACHI doesn't reveal its relationship or agreements with vendors. We have numerous strategic partnerships and have for years. So you accusing me of keeping it secret is not an accusation at all. It simply is what is.

He has read the emails that you implied were "altered" or did not otherwise exist.
