HELP with a Miscellaneous message. HOW TO?

I was told to place a message on the Miscellaneous board and cannot get into it. I just got into this one. Cannot someone guide me through the Misc. Message Board? I am registered as a NACHI non member. Thanks.

If you can post here in the General Inspection Discussion area then you should be able to also post in the Misc section....both are open to non-NACHI members. What's your question....just post it here.
