I'll answer any question you can throw at me. I just won't answer it for the 10th time or if it is off topic.

CMI isn't depicted in http://www.nachi.org/requirementcomparison.htm because it has varying educational requirements based on experience. The more experience you have the less education is required. The more education you have the less experience is required.

Its all good...I have nothing to ask you. You simple don't answer it, side step it, or just omit it. You sink to newer and newer lows each day...it just amazes me. I know my comments will lead to THOSE WHO WANT ME THROWN out, just like last time. But the funny thing is I am violating NOTHING you haven't violated.

I just can't WAIT to see my new buddy in FLA...January is coming soon can't wait to see you lie to your members. Its gonna be like Christmas all over again...

I don't answer!!!??? You've got to be kidding me.

I answer dozens of calls a day and hundreds, often thousands, of emails a day. I do dozens of events a year. I write a couple books a year. I author or co-author about a hundred articles a year. I make thousands of message board posts a year. I'm likely the most accessible trade association founder in all of human history.

Whichever the case you need to stop letting Nick make a "Dan Reed" out of you.

Aww Jimmy coming to Nick defense, that sooo sweet. I thought you guys were just dating, didn't know it was this serious! Congrats. You guys make a good couple!

If you read my posts it wants to make the CMI better. It mentions INACHI as a LOGO mill and not CMI, two different things. For such a smart guy, guess you missed that. It says a BACKGROUND check is performed and I said it was not that thorough! I have never said a post that does not want to make things BETTER. Do I have CMI posted on my site, yes I do. I have not said that CMI does NOTHING for me, I said it can be better. Sorry for wanting things to be better.

But then again this comes from a guy who has to promote that he is a FULL TIME INSPECTOR...guess you give people reasons to question that..

Sad but true!

Jim, I love that truck. Watch it again and you'll see an InterNACHI logo, an IAC2 logo, an Infrared Certified logo, and even a Move In Certified logo on it. Russell loves them InterNACHI logos!

Look at the RED van that is the new van...where is the NACHI logo? I decided not to put them on. The white van is about 4 years old and Yes, I did put them on before I knew better. And you make a valid point, the will be removed Monday! Thanks for reminding me.

The red van and the scion and the large billboard truck are the new vehicles and NONE of them mention NACHI or the other NACHI logos. But your point is taken and on Monday I will remove the logos because you are right, they do cheapen the van a bit...thanks for the info.

Where do you find these guys, Nick?

Damnit your right...My business has been in existance for over 30 years as an INSPECTION company started by Carl Fowler in 1980, it became licensed in 1985 because before that there was no such thing as "Home Inspection license" in this area for that profession at that time.

He was ASHI member 410 and FABI #4. I bought his business about 12 years ago and it has shown growth EVERY year. I did 32 inspections last WEEK...Not including re-inspections and mold testing.

I have 4 full time employees and 1 part time employee...so I will tell you what...The TOILET works...go get one!
