What is everyone's opinion of buying a HI franchise?

My business is in it's youth, but growing. I have to think that if I threw $50-85k into marketing, it would probably be growing a lot faster.

So other than a proven business / marketing plan and maybe some name recognition, what would a new business gain from buying a franchise?

If you want to send money to the Mother Ship each month then go for it.

Home Inspection Franchises do not have any real Client Base or Loyalty to speak of so once you have built up your own Business/referral base they are not needed IMO.
