how do we take these images and turn them into a calendar or computer program with a prompt that will advise the homeowner to perform maintenance, i.e.,

1. Change filter in AC each month
2. Call The Building Inspector in March to inspect exterior for hurricane season
3. Have roof certified every 3 years
4. Have stucco inspected every two years
5. Have a home energy survey
