Hi Robert. Yes it's included. Same version updates are released every 2-3 months. Full version upgrades are every 2.5 to 3 years.

The way we work updates is all updates within the same version (2.6,2.7, etc) are free. If you purchase within 6 months of the next full version (3.0, which everyone who purchases now will definitely fall into) you will get all the next versions updates free as well. So anyone purchasing now will be good until 4.0 comes out which will be in more than 2.5 to 3 years.
