Has anyone used http://www.homeinspectionwarranty.com? Is it worth it? Is it just more BS?

I use American Home Warranty and have been for the past 5 years. Much cheaper than HWA and currently they have $0 deductable. Yes there are limitations but only cost $15-$20 apiece http://www.ahomewarranty.com/

If you want to set yourself apart and give the realtor/clients piece of mind
