Default House Inspection vs. 4-Point Inspection

Does a House Inspection in Florida qualify and/or satisfy the requirement of a 4-point inspection for insurance purposes when changing insurance companies (ie., State Farm to "whatever")?

The 4 point inspection is not as detailed as a home inspection, and no insurance company wants to read through a whole inspection report to get the information they need.

When I perform an inspection for my clients and the home is 30+ years old I provide them with the 4 point report for their insurance. If you have had an inspection recently, ask your inspector.

No, because of the form. InterNACHI developed the approved form: www.nachi.org/4point.htm

You are charging extra for the 4 point, I hope unless you're already in the highest price range for your area.
