Tornado and flood damaged homes. New permits on these homes get counted. Numbers are always mis-leading.

So full time, non-service industry jobs aren't are barely increasing, there's no real stimulus happening, there are millions of foreclosed houses in reserve owned by banks and new house construction is up................?????????
