HUD and FHA Inspections

I am looking for information about what is required to perfom HUD and FHA inspections. The HUD web site is less than informative(as are the people you get ahold of on the phone, if your are so fortunate). I also would like any help on trying to market this.

HUD and FHA are American organizations. You might get better response to this question on one of the other pages. Canadians are mostly blissfully ignorant of them!
