Default HUD Form 92051 Compliance Inspection Report
I downloaded it from their site, but it does not allow me to save.

Does anyone have a 'save-able' version?

been a while since i've used that form but as i recall
i printed in pdf converter and saved that

Pete - I have a FREE program called Primo pdf.

When I fill out the form, you hit your PRINT button - It then ASKS you where to print - On your printer menus (I have 4 printers), I chose to PRINT to Primp pdf AND it makes a pdf and saves it wherever I chose to.

Works great
