Don't waste your time. The approval and training process to get involved is ridiculous. Even if you're ever approved you still have to bid for work or be a subcontractor for one of the successful bidders.

As with all government work in my opinion, it is horribly inefficient and a nightmare to deal with.

Ditto, Will. You are right on the money. I went through the entire process, and it's even more horrible than you described.
