Anyone doing “Property Condition Reports” for HUD?
Don’t waste your time. The approval and training process to get involved is ridiculous. Even if you’re ever approved you still have to bid for work or be a subcontractor for one of the successful bidders.
As with all government work in my opinion, it is horribly inefficient and a nightmare to deal with.
Ditto, Will. You are right on the money. I went through the entire process, and it’s even more horrible than you described.
