Does anyone in the Chicago area have a good engineer to look at a foundation crack? My buyer in Denver is selling a house near Chicago and wants to repair or document all problems before listing.

Are they willing to spend any money. Did someone recommend an engineer look at it or are they just worried about the crack. Because if it's a small crack some of the basement waterproofing companies will come and give you free estimate or do something over the phone on epoxy or polyurethane type injection fix per linear foot. Or if they have a salesman in the area they may send him by
