Episode 3 of Indoor Air Quality Television has been posted!!

In this episode, we feature a focus on preventative maintenance in buildings. Specificly we spotlight the Lee County, Florida government's Indoor Environmental Quality department and how they monitor conditions and work orders in over 400 municipal buildings.

We had a detailed interview with Rich Beck, and Mike Casanova. Mike is the manager if the IEQ department and is also on the Board of Directors for the Indoor Air Quality Association. They cover issues from routine maintenance to environmenal assessment and remediation and the cost effectiveness of their elaborate system. They also discuss their Facility Focus software program which assist them in providing, managing, and monitoring preventative maintenance work orders in thier large inventory of builings.
