Hi Russel,
I have followed a little about your IRS program. In the past you provided info. on receiving more information about the program. Can you pass that on again? I am certainly interested in learning more and if it can help me in speeding up my total inspection and report issuing time I can certainly use it. Thanks, Scott |

There have been several inspections during which I have taken videos of the findings with narration. I download to Muvee and provide on a CD along with all photos....very happy clients.

I take many pictures during the inspection and use only the ones that show a defect or question in the report to the client. All pictures are then burned to a CD and mailed to the client with a thank you card and letter asking them to complete the survey sheet and return the survey in the enclosed self addressed stamped envelope.
Clients are delighted and somewhat surprised when I mention it is all part of keeping them informed of their newly purchased home. In addition, it gives them a "snapshot" of what the home looks like before they move in and make their own additions, subtractions, improvements, and most of all to determine if the seller actually completed the areas that need attention as mentioned. Sort of before and after photos. Like RR, I go over the photos to be sure I did not miss something in the report prior to mailing to client. |
