I see someone deleted my post that included the personal threat to myself.. Hmmm, go figure... It is not even in my control panel anymore..
Never mind all that crap.... Is John Bowman still haunting these pages? And Jerry the British guy who did so much for NACHI. Is he still around? What about RR? is he still around. Or did the better than thou folks run him off? Somehow I doubt it as RR is a trooper and would not let such small minded folks alter his course.. I know Old man Hagherty is still here as I feel the wind when I log on It seems I log in just to see who is still around more than anything else.. Hmm, this is in a NACHI haters thread... That's not me I do not hate NACHI. I will start a new thread next time I feel the urge to log in.. I am even starting to feel a little love for my old friend Joe F... What's his # again... Hello Erol. I hope all is well with you and your family.. I suppose you have NOT been driving the Wife's car? Take care, and I will be back to say hello. It seems no matter how hard I try to forget this bookmark I still need to click it on occasion.... |

Mr. Manning,
INACHI is a very good organization for HIs. Wonderful marketing suggestions, continuing education material to try and stay current, a message board where one can get an answer to almost anything if you have a question. The list goes on and on. I offer some advice as well as the others have offered. Don't talk negative about another organization, inspector, or other work related items. Or really anything. Whether it be on this message board, at a Realtor office, inspection, etc. It only diminishes you and your reputation. Getting started is tough in any business, especially in times such as these. Here is some sage advice I received from a very successful individual I have as my mentor, who is not in the real estate industry. Under promise and over produce. Pay your bills the day you get them. Treat everyone as you want to be treated or better! Good luck and hope you are as successful as you want to be. |
