I attended the August 7th seminar in Chicago. It was probably the best class that I have spent money on for a CE credit. In my opinion it should be a requirement to take this class for all NACHI members. I know I can now go out there with confidence and do the best job for my client's.
One thing that really amazed me was when he asked the class how many inspectors DON'T have any type of professional insurance, the number of hands that went up was, well to many. I have had insurance since day one. The guy sitting next to me flat out said he could not afford it, I told him that you can not afford not to have it. He told me he gets by without it. Well ok.
