Now here is where the $$$$$'s are. You got to have the right tools to make things happen. Are you going to show up to a $M's homes with a little 1/2 Ton truck. No way. Do you have the right credentials? Do you have the right tools for the job? Do you have the right marketing skills? Are you paying attention to Nick? Are you following his advice? If you do not have all of these, then you are bound to fail. So get up from your Buuttt and do what is right. Make sure that you are up to date with regards your CE. Work at it and you will be successful !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Check the NACHI logo in the back of the H2. When you drive something like this to a house the Realtor will move out of your way. And they will say: Wow, " Now I'm screwwwwww..."" Do the right job for your client and you will get ton's of referrals.
