Default lead-dust sampling

The EPA announced July 15 that it will not impose new lead-dust sampling and laboratory analysis requirements for residential remodeling projects. The agency had proposed adding these requirements to regulations designed to protect people from exposure to lead paint during renovations on homes built prior to 1978.

Finally some common sense...
