We are pretty good at looking at the facts and focusing on what the issues are that need to be considered and have proven that.

I am sure that every person who files a complaint would prefer to have those that like him, personally, review it...and those who don't, not. But it does not work that way.

Bias is a two-way street. Eliminating people that do not like me from hearing my complaint must also require, for proper balance, the elimination of the people who do like me.

We've done well under our present system.

I say this knowing that those with their anti-ESOP Committee agenda will object to anything that does not favor their agenda....but setting aside that small minority, the majority of members can and do appreciate this position.
