You see, John, the committee has not officially received your complaint until they get it from the Chairman.

All they have now .... at least those copied on your email lobbying for support of your frivilous complaint...is your email communications. No official action can be taken on a complaint until it is officially given to the committee.

So...in your fabrication of illicit reasons why your complaint will be trashed...you will have to come up with another. This one is too weak.

Thanks for the ruling. I trust that I will be notified when it has been determined either way. Are they all handled this way?

PS. Another email from an ESOP member shows suggested punishments, already. Pretty good seeing as how it hasn't even been formally accepted for consideration.

LOL

Someone calls you a "retard". That act constitutes, in your (ahem) professional and unbiased opinion, an act of discrimination in their business.

You've added the irrelevant claim that it also damages, somehow, a foundation that provides smoke alarms to the hearing impaired.

This is absurd and frivilous...even for you.

I assure you, you are not in the loop and are not receiving anything official that has to do with your complaint. What you are reading are responses from members to your lobbying attempt for their sympathies.

You have my permission to post the email to support your claims. If you choose not to I understand.

Am I free to post my own authored email? Better yet, I give permission to any recipient of my email lodging my coe complaint concerning Frank Carrio - permission to post it.

Are you referring to the email that you addressed to only two members of the ESOP Committee...having taken it upon yourself to recuse the remaining members? The one asking them for a swift decision on your complaint filed on the message board, bypassing the rest of the committee who have not even read the board? That message, or have you sent others, too?

Mr. Bushart,

If no official complaint has been submitted by the Chairman - what have you recused yourself from?

Admittedly - I don't understand...

Obviously.

I have not recused myself from responding to your efforts to influence the findings of the committee through your manipulative emails.

I have not recused myself from expressing myself, as a member, to your publicly posted complaint on the open message board.

I have recused myself from any official actions, assuming that the Chairman deems the complaint worthy to share with the committee, at such time it is officially reviewed and votes are taken.

Looks like another vote has been rendered by an ESOP member on a complaint submitted via email by me.

Yet the chairman hasn't even submitted it to the ESOP membership according to Jim.

Nothing prevents me from forwarding emails. If anyone wishes to see the email exchange and promises not to post any responses other than my own on this bb feel free to send me an email.

Your respectfully request has been noted. However if we were to recuse our selves from this matter then the ESOP would not be serving your full needs.

Asking the ESOP to "pick & choose" who handles a complaint is not logical or ethical.

I would also like to ad for the record. Mr. Bowman and I had differences in the past. This is my side of the story.

I prepared all documents required by the state of Mississippi to receive continuing education at the 2nd NACHI convention in Florida. All what was needed was for NACHI to sign the documents and submit them to my state. Mr. Bowman assured me this was done. He told me it was all taken care of. I purchased my plane tickets and made plans to come. However from learning from past experiences I decided to call The Mississippi Home Inspector Regulator Board to make sure the continuing education was approved. This is when I learned the documents were never signed or sent to to my state.

Mr. Bowman if you really do have documented bias claims held on me I will assure you it was all brought on by you in the first place. You and I have not had any words for a very long time until you (once again) had to start something. Thanks again.

John,

I've got your complaint. I will be getting back to you for more information prior to forwarding it to other committee members. Please refrain from communicating privately with committee members until such time as they have had the chance to review the complaint and comment on it. If the committee or a member wants more information, we will contact you.

Mr. Carrio will have the opportunty to rebut your claims, if he chooses. Those rebuttals will be received through me, and forwarded to the remainder of the committee.

Postings on this message board, pro or con by the complaintant or by Frank will not be considered as evidence pointing one way or the other, but may contribute to an overall feel as to whether this action is about ethics or a vendetta. It is no mystery that there is a long history between yourself and Mr. Carrio.
