In another thread, Mr. Bowman explained that he was filing an ethics complaint against another member for calling him a "retard", claiming that to do so was a discriminatory business practice.

He took it upon himself to email two members of the ESOP Committee that he had chosen, himself, to hear his complaint.

These two members responded to him that his complaint was frivolous and copied the remaining members, who made it unanimous that the claim had no merit.

It is important to note that the official complaint has yet to be presented to the members who the ESOP folks decide who will preside over it. The email that was inappropriately sent had the opposite of the desired effect, apparently, and the complaint was withdrawn before any official action could be taken regarding it.

In response to the unofficial rejections of his solicitations, Mr. Bowman sent to us the following email, today:

Quote:
I hereby withdraw my coe complaint. Obviously I was wrong as many here have found it disrespectful and frivolous.

It is also obvious to me, that a separation needs to occur here for peace to remain in the iNACHI community. To further my full support for iNACHI and the iNACHI ESOP I hereby tender my resignation from both iNACHI and the CMI and will go on my merry way.

Peace and goodwill to you all, and thanks for your time and consideration.

Feel free to post this at will.

John b.
Let the spinning begin...

Well I think John gave blanket permission to copy his emails, so all is good.

If you read this one, he gave specific permission for this to be posted "at will".

Or, better yet, how he resigned in support of Wand's dismissal. That would make a good spin, too.

The humor of the entire situation has waned for me, and even some new twist will just be BORING

For people in decision making position .
It would be a good idea to read before you post and ask your self is some one by chance reads this will they understand what I am talking about . Some examples above in red .
Now not being sure what you meant I am taking the Liberty on thinking your (He) is (ME Roy Cooke)
Just to bring you and others up to date I was disappointed in how the ESOP acted in the speedy way and How it was obvious from the phone call made to me by Joe F that Raymond would not be getting a fair and reasonable decision by the ESOP committee.
Now you have absolutely no idea how my decision to leave NACHI was decided .
If this is how decisions where made by the ESOP committee I can understand why so many have been completely dissatisfied with this Committee.
Your group should have facts and not be influenced and Controlled by one director.
You have on your Committee who has shown he has absolutely any control over his emotions ( frank C).
If this type of person is helping to make decisions .
Then I see no future in any sensible decision being made by the ESOP committee.
Past records have shown a complete bias and discrimination in all the ESOP decisions.
I feel all decisions made by this Group should be looked at bu a completely unbiased group that has no association with the esop Committee and any of the past and present NACHI directors.
If Nachi wants to be the leading Home Inspector Association they need to have Honorable people sitting on various committees.
Please all do not take this as a slam at NACHI or NICK .
We just need new directors who can help us get this association Looking after the future of our Industry.
Roy Cooke

The ESOP group to me look like they make decisions by ESP
ESP (extrasensory perception) ESP or extrasensory perception is perception occurring independently of sight, hearing, or other sensory processes. People who have extrasensory perception are said to be psychic. It is commonly called ESP, a term popularized by J. B. Rhine, who began investigating the phenomenon at Duke University in 1927. ESP refers to telepathy, clairvoyance, precognition, and in recent years, remote viewing and clairaudience. The existence of ESP and other paranormal powers such as telekinesis, are disputed, though systematic experimental research on these subjects, known collectively as psi, has been ongoing for over a century in parapsychology.
Most of the evidence for ESP is anecdotal and is dismissed by skeptics as based on one or several of the following:

LOL

Roy, I assure you....you are the farthest person from my mind. There are absolutely no references to you in the post I made about John Bowman's resignation.

Your choice to leave is your own business. I'm sure you have a good reason to leave, or you would not do it. Good luck to you in your future endeavors.
