While I don't expect the Ethics Committee to sit idly by and take verbal or written attacks, in order to keep the Committee and their decisions above reproach, if they wish to enter the fray, they should recuse themselves at that time.

A complaint has already been filed on the matter, has been investigated, and dismissed.

No action is being contemplated or taken by the committee against Mr. Cooke.
