Loan Officers / Mortgage Brokers

Hi everybody,

I was just wondering if anybody had any experience getting business from Mortgage Brokers or Loan Officers, and what part, if any, they can play in generating business for a Home Inspector....Or perhaps leads come more from Real Estate agents before it gets that far? Any input would be appreciated.

You should join....there is way more than $289.00 worth of information available in the marketing section of this message board.

I'm not a NACHI cheerleader, but there is actually a wealth of information available.

Most members post in the members section only..information which makes a difference anyway.

Contact mortgage companies and give sample reports.....the inspections just came to me after doing that.

I do MANY inspections for Countywide Mortgage, I would say try talking with loan officers from that outfit First.
