Nick, Great Subject. Only question. Do you know the cost for leasing the portable keypad. The reason I ask is overhead cost for the guys that may not get that much business out of a particular group of Realtors using the new lock box system.

In my area it is $300.00 to be a affiliate member of the board and than another $165.00 for the lock box fee a year.
