Poor Michael.
He's looking more like just all the other vendor's that tried to join the nacho gravy train, by holding a high office/ fancy title, and failed, by joining all the other software, insurance, HI training vender's by considering experienced inspectors/ current and prior customers, has beens...
ALL for the almighty quick $ ,

opposed to offering prior customers, ie: experienced inspectors, the same bennies as new inspectors.
