Question How to Maintain Your Furnace?

I raise this question, because I know there are lot of experts in HVAC and Home Furnace Inspectors in the group. I hope I can find good advise on how I can maintain and prolong the working efficiency of my HVAC. Thanks in advance.

Have it inspected/serviced yearly by an HVAC technician.

Indeed asking the opinion and suggestion from the expert would do best and I think you guys have lots of infos and learning with regards to such issues especially in home furnace cleaning. I think it is not enough you know how to moreover gaini8ng learning from the experts like those in the group is an added factor. Hope you understand.
