No problem, he explained it very well. I worked on equipment for 20 years that is way more complicated than all that. Just send all the owners manuals a month in advance and a retainer check. I like those three fat wires buried between my house and the street just fine. I have no gas bill, no water bill and no sewer bill.

With the cost of all that equipment, he could've built another "current state of the art" house approaching "Zero Energy" and sold the original for a $$$ gain or invested the extra $$$ costs well and be retired!!
