Good talking to you also Justin.
Justin's site is actually number one for his area but as many of you guys know it is often more than having a good site and a Chicago guy markets different than other areas.

Sometimes it is just the economy and local specialized marketing or politicking.

Thanks for the help Bob.

I am still trying to break into the industry here which runs mostly on realtor referral. Sad to say.

Exactly why I am the wrong guy to help.
Never have even stepped into an Agents office except a walk thorough to pick up a tool I left behind at the receptionist.

Gave me the Heebie Geebies.

The other part of marketing after Agents is past clients.

In your situation if things were reversed I would find out what the other guy does and make my self more appealing to use (within reason ).

The small guy has certain advantages and risks he can take that more established guys can not.

Guerrilla marketing is based on small guy principles so if you are not familiar with the term look it up and study it.

Heck, imagine if you did a Russ and promised Agents they would be in and out in under an hour. That is just one idea but there are many more if you really want it.Sometimes we must give up something to get back more.
