Cash only! no checks or credit cards. Oh, and don't get too close, it makes me nervous.

I use to take on the average 40-50, I'm now taking lots and lots and lots of pictures . . . just in case . . . pictures are worth a 1000 words.

I keep most on a CD for my protection, so I cannot be accused of missing or causing damage that was never there, but was later caused by shoppers or the kids, you'll be surprised what can happen, but don't be.

Well, that is an interesting question....

I take as many as I need to and add maybe 10% to the report. I keep the rest for my records.

It looks as if the horizontal section of pipe is angled into the vertical - not a 90 degree angle. Cross-threaded ?

I wouldn't like the opening in the coverplate around the pipe if it was mine! Creatures and 'junk' in the water.

To go back to the original questions, usually we take 100 - 175 pics. Great to sift through on the computer, zoom, etc. Pics will show different / additional things than the 'eye' caught, sometimes.

Personally I include 60-100 photos in my report, a photo of all listed conditions. This is something that gets jobs from realtors, they love it. Remember a picture is worth a 1000 words.
