Wow! The only time I find 60-100 "listed conditions" is when the house is a scraper, and then there's no reason to include any pictures since everyone already knows it's a scraper.

Although I take up to 100 pictures, ART tells me that the most I've ever put in a report was 47, and that's only because it was a 3-on-1 property. Average is about a dozen.

P.S. As someone mentioned I live where only dial-up is available. Yes, it taekes about 30 mins. to upload the PDF of my report.

Russ, I'm pretty picky, I even comment on a small dent in the wall from no doorstop.

That's my STANDARD inspection. For my BASIC, I do not note such dents. But do you need a picture of a small dent in the wall from no doorstop? Hopefully you wouldn't put that picture in the report; that would be overkill, or as someone once said here at NACHI (it was not my wise ol' grandmother), putting in pictures for the sake of putting in pictures.
