For you folks that target home buyers looking to do warranty inspections I'd be curious how you obtain mailing lists that identify only new construction buyers. I've found all the public information but it's to difficult to sort Thur to identify new construction. I found one guy in Florida that provides information for $375, is anyone cheaper then that ? if so who are they and How do I contact.

I believe you can go to the county records office and request a new homes list. It cost me about $60 in Denton County, Texas. Never did do anything with it though.

Bill, I believe here you can contact a Title company and you might get a list from them. |
