Don't get discouraged if a REALTOR tells you or your client that you where too "nit picky", "spent too much time at the home" "talked to much" I've heard em all Just do what you do and the REALTORS with integrity (isn't that an oxymoron?) will use you.

Oh try to find out what day their weekly/monthly office meetings are ...then your guaranteed a full audience
Good Luck!

I liked what you said about finding out when they had their meetings. Another great little piece of advice.

I was thinking about handing out oven mits to real estate salesmen with my website address, name, phone etc.

That way, they will remember me as they put on the oven mit to unscrew the hot lightbulb that is illuminating the water stains in the corner of the basement, etc.

The sellers Realetor deserves nothing....................Nothing.

you give them **** in hopes of a new lead. thats it, fact is you aint going to get it. 95% of all realtors have there own stooge HI.If you get HI booked it's Cuz someone they liked was not available......................................... .................................................. .......................

this is your chance, you can nit pick and ***** all you want, but the real exam is to tell your client the truth without scaring the hell out of them. This will make you look good and the farking realestate agent look good without forsaking your duty as a home inspector.

Tell the truth, but make it reasonable if it is.

I know the Fort Collins market pretty well and would be surprise if you got 145 agents. Is this course good for CE in Colorado? Boulder's Board of Realtors couldn't get 145 agents in one room for there Annual Banquet and Fort Collin's/ Greeley is a smaller market.

I found the best thing to do with a realtor involved is to simply be yourself, and do an astounding job! Be honest, and thorough!
